We anticipate launching the site in Fall of 2009, and with any luck we'll have our first publication in early 2010.
The submission process will take place entirely online. You will upload your work to the site, and you will be able to log in and track your submission status at any time. You will also be able to withdraw your submission from consideration if it was accepted elsewhere.
Although there won't be a fee to submit work per se, we authors will be asked to anonymously review a few other submitted works and rank them on a scale of 1-5. This will be a double-blind review process: the author won't know who is reviewing his or her work, and the reviewer will not know the author of the work.
This ranking process will help determine which works will be considered for further review by the editorial board.
